By creating an account or using The Strategy Chamber, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Strategy Chamber is a strategic thinking and Stoic control tool. It helps users think clearly under pressure by generating AI Strategic Briefs and supporting reflection through an opt-in, private Personal Strategy Memory.

It is a reflective decision-support tool, not a professional adviser and not an emergency service.

The app is currently offered free of charge. In this release:

• No payment is required and no charges are made.
• Usage is subject to fair monthly limits shown in the app.
• Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn over time.
• Availability is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without uptime guarantees.

If paid plans are introduced later, we will announce them clearly in advance. Nothing is ever charged without your explicit sign-up to a paid plan.

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

Use the app for ethical strategy, emotional discipline, calm communication, better decision-making, boundaries, and reputation protection.

You agree not to use The Strategy Chamber to:

• Manipulate, coerce, or deceive another person.
• Stalk, harass, or intimidate anyone.
• Pursue revenge or retaliation against another person.
• Plan, threaten, or commit violence.
• Engage in illegal activity.
• Emotionally exploit a vulnerable person.
• Apply dark psychology or predatory tactics against others.
• Attempt to bypass or disable the app's safety systems.
• Use the app in any way intended to harm another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.
• You must use your own judgment before acting on any output.
• The app is a strategic reflection and communication-support tool, not a professional adviser.

The Strategy Chamber does not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, psychological diagnosis, therapy, emergency support, or crisis intervention. Always consult an appropriate qualified professional for those needs.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional. The app is not an emergency service and must not be relied on in a crisis.

The app, its design, branding, and content are owned by NOVALK TECHNOLOGIES LTD or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the app to you.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, where required by law, or where continuing service would create a safety or security risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVALK TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. This section is subject to final legal review and applicable consumer protections where you live.

We may update the app and these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
