Terms of Service

By creating an account or using The Strategy Chamber, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Strategy Chamber is a strategic thinking and Stoic control tool. It helps users think clearly under pressure by generating AI Strategic Briefs and supporting reflection through an opt-in, private Personal Strategy Memory.

It is a reflective decision-support tool, not a professional adviser and not an emergency service.

There is a free plan and two optional paid plans. You are never charged unless you explicitly sign up to a paid plan.

• Free: £0. Fair monthly and daily limits shown in the app.
• Pro: £9.99 GBP per month.
• Premium: £24.99 GBP per month.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Usage allowances are shown in the app and reset with each billing period; the free plan uses a calendar-month period in UTC.
• Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn over time.
• Availability is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without uptime guarantees.

• You can cancel at any time from your settings or the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Upgrading from Pro to Premium takes effect once the payment provider confirms payment, with the balance of the period charged pro rata.
• Moving from Premium to Pro applies at your next renewal, not immediately.
• If a renewal payment fails, we keep access for a short grace period while the payment provider retries; if it is not resolved, the account returns to the free plan.
• Cancelling or downgrading never deletes your saved briefs or Personal Strategy Memory. If you hold more saved briefs than your new plan allows, existing briefs are kept and new saves are paused until you are below the limit.
• You keep any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including any statutory cancellation rights. Beyond those rights, monthly payments already made are generally non-refundable; contact support if something has gone wrong and we will look at it fairly.
• Payments are processed by a specialist payment provider. We receive confirmation of your subscription status only — we never store your full card details.

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

Use the app for ethical strategy, emotional discipline, calm communication, better decision-making, boundaries, and reputation protection.

You agree not to use The Strategy Chamber to:

• Manipulate, coerce, or deceive another person.
• Stalk, harass, or intimidate anyone.
• Pursue revenge or retaliation against another person.
• Plan, threaten, or commit violence.
• Engage in illegal activity.
• Emotionally exploit a vulnerable person.
• Apply dark psychology or predatory tactics against others.
• Attempt to bypass or disable the app's safety systems.
• Use the app in any way intended to harm another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.
• You must use your own judgment before acting on any output.
• The app is a strategic reflection and communication-support tool, not a professional adviser.

The Strategy Chamber does not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, psychological diagnosis, therapy, emergency support, or crisis intervention. Always consult an appropriate qualified professional for those needs.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional. The app is not an emergency service and must not be relied on in a crisis.

The app, its design, branding, and content are owned by NOVALK TECHNOLOGIES LTD or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the app to you.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, where required by law, or where continuing service would create a safety or security risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVALK TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. This section is subject to applicable consumer protections where you live.

We may update the app and these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
