• Strategic Brief inputs and the outputs generated from them.
• Briefs you choose to save.
• Personal Strategy Memory settings and summaries (opt-in).
• Strategy reports generated from your own activity, where available.
• Feedback ratings you submit on briefs.
• Emails you send to our support or privacy addresses.
• Usage counters needed to enforce fair monthly limits.
• Basic device and browser information where applicable for security and diagnostics.

No payments are taken, so we do not collect card or billing details.

• Generate AI Strategic Briefs at your request.
• Save your history when you choose to keep briefs.

• Maintain security and prevent abuse.

When you generate a brief, your inputs are sent through an AI gateway to a language-model provider so a response can be produced. The app does not use one user's data to generate another user's response.

• Personal Strategy Memory is opt-in and scoped to your account.
• Strategy reports are generated only from your own saved data and metadata.
• The app does not perform global model training on your data.

The Strategy Chamber is currently free to use. No checkout exists, no payment is taken, and no billing data is collected. If paid plans are introduced later, this notice and the Billing page will be updated first, and payments would be handled by a dedicated payment processor — we would not store full card details.

We rely on the following categories of service providers to operate the app. Specific providers may change over time:

• Application hosting and development tooling (serving the app).
• Managed database and authentication infrastructure (accounts, sign-in, stored briefs and settings).
• AI gateway and language-model infrastructure, used only when you invoke brief generation.
• Business email, used only for support correspondence you initiate.

We do not sell your personal data.

We name provider categories rather than individual vendors, because specific providers may change. Depending on the provider and the request, processing may take place in more than one country, and we do not guarantee a specific processing country or region. We do not claim to have a data processing agreement in place with every provider, and we do not claim enterprise-grade or complete legal compliance. If you need current provider detail for a data request, ask us by email and we will tell you what applies at that time.

We use essential cookies and local storage for login, security, your preferences, and core app functionality (including install behavior on phones where supported).

No non-essential analytics or marketing trackers run in the current release, so no consent banner is shown. See the Cookies page for detail.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing where applicable.
