Billing

The Strategy Chamber has a free plan and two optional paid plans. All prices are in GBP and billed monthly. See plans and pricing for what each one includes.

• Free: £0 — no card required.
• Pro: £9.99 per month.
• Premium: £24.99 per month.
• Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

• Paid plans renew automatically every month until you cancel.
• Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
• On the free plan, the allowance resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC).

• Pro to Premium: applied once the payment provider confirms payment, charged pro rata for the rest of the period.
• Premium to Pro: applied at your next renewal, so you keep Premium for the period you have paid for.
• You can never be signed up to two subscriptions for this app at the same time.

• Cancel any time from your settings or the billing portal.
• Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then the account returns to the free plan.
• Cancelling never deletes saved briefs or Personal Strategy Memory.

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider retries it. Access is kept for a short grace period while that happens. If the payment is still not completed, the account returns to the free plan; nothing is deleted.

You keep any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including any statutory cancellation rights. Beyond those rights, monthly payments already taken are generally non-refundable, because the service is delivered immediately for that period. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancelling, or a service failure — contact us and we will look at it fairly.

Payments are handled by a specialist payment provider. Card details are entered on their secure payment form; we never receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of your subscription status so the right plan can be applied to your account.

Your saved briefs and Personal Strategy Memory belong to your account whatever plan you are on. If you hold more saved briefs than a lower plan allows, existing briefs are kept and new saves pause until you are below the limit.
